Shipping / Returns
Due to the impacts of COVID-19 on our supply chain and shipping carriers, some items purchased during this time may be delayed. We are doing our best to process orders as quickly as possible.
Please be advised that shipping carriers worldwide are experiencing reduced shipping services and delivery delays.
You will receive an email with your tracking information/details when your order has been shipped.
Shipping times will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Items marked as pre-sale will be shipped as soon as the product becomes available within the timeframe given at time of purchase.
Selecting a faster shipping method does not speed up processing time but does accelerate the transit time once shipped.
Some regularly stocked items may be temporarily out of stock but shown as available online. These items usually take 10 - 15 business days to be restocked and shipped to you.
Local curb-side pickup is available for local BC residents. If you choose this method, please wait for your email notification that your order has been shipped. Once this has been confirmed, you may pick up your order. Please call ahead (778-683-5462) to schedule a time to ensure your order is ready at your arrival.
US & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All US and international orders are subject to duties and taxes, as well as clearance by customs which may cause delay in the delivery of your package.
All customs duties, taxes and other fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please contact your Customs office for information on duties, taxes and restricted items.
If you choose the USPS shipping option, be aware that there will be a delay (1 - 7 days) between receipt of your tracking number, and when the tracking number will be searchable.
This is because USPS orders are shipped in bulk once per week via courier to a USPS location in the USA. The tracking number only goes live once the USPS location has the item and scans it into their system.
CURRENCIES AND CHECKOUT
Our website lets you see prices in three currencies (CAD, USD and GBP). Because of limitations of our Shopify platform, at checkout your total is only visible in Canadian dollars, and all orders are processed in Canadian (CAD) dollars.
All sales are final, with the exception of damaged or defective items and size exchanges.
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of receipt of goods. To be eligible for a return, your item must return unused, unwashed and original condition, and must include a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you can have a replacement item of equal value sent, or choose a store credit of equal value..
All items are subject to inspection for approval that they have been returned in new, unused condition.
We can provide a postal service return label for Canadian residents only.
US and International customers will need to ship items back to us. Send us a copy of your shipping receipt/label and we will reimburse the cost.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us.
Tell us what size you would like to exchange your item for. If the new item is not in stock, you can substitute for another item with the same price, or receive a store credit of equal value.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will send you an invoice via email for the shipping charge to send the exchanged size to you. Once paid, your item will be sent as soon as possible.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns and exchanges.
This includes the postage to get a new package sent to you, and any customs duties or taxes imposed on packages during shipment.
